Use restrictions   &   Talent rights

   Use restrictions of the photos

I would like to make it clear that you can use freely for private purposes any photos you ordered after the photo shoot. Any commercial use must be agreed in advance. When using them on the Internet (Facebook, website, etc.), the name of the author (jo Kropat / www.clejo.jimdo.com) should be visible.
The commercial use of my images must be agreed with me in advance and will possibly include charges (specific rights for flyers, corporate websites, etc).

A commercial use of my printed images is however strictly forbidden. Also a public use in magazines, commercial calendars and taking part in photo competitions is prohibited.

  Talent rights
No photographer can publish images of somebody without prior written contract (that would be a violation of personal rights). I would therefore never publish a picture of you and your pet on our HP or on Facebook without your prior agreement. This question comes up again and again and you can be quite sure that this will not happen!

I can not do this, and of course no other photographer can either!

If I would like to publish a photo of you, I would of course ask you first. So I will first need your written consent.

Nevertheless, please take into consideration that the photos of your animals are not subject to personal rights and that I will be able to market them legally. So it may be that some of your photos (without people!) are sent as an image archive for sale to publishers and agencies. If you do not want that, you must request it in advance. In this case we generally make a model release contract where the prices are a bit different.

Of course I know where the animal photos "land" and I will keep you informed if some of them are published.
